Over the summer, brethren from RwHS attended the Arkwright Meadows Community Gardens Open Day and presented a cheque to the charity for £400. AMCG is a green oasis in the centre of the Meadows district of Nottingham providing a place for relaxation and recreation in the local community.
AMCG grow and sell organically grown fruit and vegetables, provide volunteering, education and training, deliver a wealth of community activities involving both adults and children.
AMC Gardens is run by local people and provides the Meadows with a well loved resource which reflects and celebrates this vibrant and diverse community.
